Hey, First of all, a Big Thank You for your precious time to visit and checkout this launch. I really appreciate it. Now to the main story - I started working on CyanArrow June 2023 as a fun project. At that time AI Chatbots was a craze (and I guess it still is) and there are many there in the wild right now with more or less same functionalities. In January this year I thought to turn this fun project into serious SaaS product that can really serve its owner to resolve the pain that they face in customer support. CyanArrow has 3 features targeted on customer support: 1. Instant issue resolution: AI Chatbots helps in this situation. Train it on your data from Website, Docs, FAQs 2. Issues that need humans: AI Ticketing System comes here to rescue. You can create tickets forms with the Drag'n'Drop builder. Ai helps here by providing appropriate response on a ticket based on the training data. 3. Details about services/products: FAQ center with similarity search at its core. Build FAQs with a Notion-like document builder. This also serves as knowledge base for chatbots and ticketing system. Along with this you can also collect leads. Create lead forms with the Drag'n'Drop builder. You can add the chatbot/FAQ center and ticket forms quickly on website using a simple embeddable script. If required, Ticketing System has a hosted version as well. And to top it all, CyanArrow currently has: 1. Webhooks to send events like Conversation started/updated, Ticket created 2. REST API to interact with chatbot Currently I do not have a free plan on the website (for a good reason). I am a software developer with >11 years of software development experience on Salesforce platform. Most of the projects that I've done in my career were mostly customer support related for various clients from different industries. I started my solopreneur journey in June 2022 after leaving my job. This is my first attempt at a SaaS product and I've put in my Customer Support experience into CyanArrow's development.
