Hey everyone 👋 I built CVio after noticing something frustrating: Strong candidates keep getting rejected — not because they lack experience, but because their CV doesn’t *show it properly*. After looking at a lot of resumes vs job descriptions, a pattern kept coming up: Most CVs don’t fail on skills — they fail on how they signal impact, ownership, and fit for the role. Example: “Managed product roadmap” vs “Owned roadmap across 3 squads, improving activation by 21%” Same work. Completely different perception. So instead of building another CV “rewriter”, I wanted to build something that actually answers: 👉 “Will this CV get me an interview for THIS job?” CVio: - analyzes your CV against a real job description - shows what’s weak or missing - suggests how to improve it - and generates role-specific mock interview questions Still early — I’m mostly trying to understand what actually helps people get interviews.
