CueTip

Hi, I have been a Software development manager for a large part of my career. And I have been part of interview panels for hundreds of interviews. However, interviewing can often become a chore since in the often fast paced work environment, employees have hardly any bandwidth for preparing for interviews. This makes it challenging to come up with good questions on the spot and quality of interviews suffer. So, to solve the problem I built CueTip in my spare time. CueTip summarises the resume information in Cue Cards in categories. It also generates the questions for the whole resume or for each category. You can comment and score candidates answers and download the report. I have been using it myself and would like some feedback on usability, feature additions etc. Cuetip is currently in beta and is a free offering. But eventually I would like to graduate this to a freemium model. I am also working on other products around interview process and applicant tracking systems. Please try CueTip out.
