Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Vivek, founder of Crush Interviews.
Quick origin story. In 2022 I interviewed for a Director role at Amazon and didn't get it. An interviewer told me afterward, off the record, that I was better qualified than the other candidates but my answers were too vague and lacked specifics. I was good at the job and bad at the performance of interviewing for it.
A year later I prepped for a Google loop completely differently. I couldn't find any prep built for people with 20+ years of experience, everything assumed you were early-career. So I built my own system: a bank of 100+ career stories structured into frameworks, company and interviewer research, mock practice. Six to eight hours a day for two months on top of a full-time job. I passed every round (the role then vanished in the 2023 layoffs but the system survived).
Crush Interviews is that system, rebuilt as a product.
What it does: it mines your career into a structured story bank through a voice conversation, researches the company and every interviewer on your panel, builds a question bank aligned to how each company actually scores answers, and runs you through AI-coached practice with framework-aware feedback.
What it deliberately doesn't do: promise you can prep in 30 minutes. Senior interview prep is genuinely 200–400 hours. Most of that, though, is overhead - research, rebuilding your story bank for every new company. The product kills the overhead. The thinking and storytelling stay yours.
Built with a privacy-first stance, your prep is confidential and never used to train models. A quiet job search stays quiet.
It's for Manager → C-suite leaders, US-focused for now. 14-day free trial, no card.
I'd genuinely love this community's feedback, especially on the Discovery Session (the voice story-mining flow), which was the hardest part to get right. What would you want it to do that it doesn't yet? I'll be here all day answering everything.
