I'm Vivek Ranjan, founder and CEO of Crush Interviews, an AI interview-prep platform built for mid-to-senior executives. Before this, I spent two decades in software engineering, including 8+ years as a VP of Engineering and Chief Architect of Applied AI at SAP, where I led globally distributed teams of 50–120+ engineers and drove enterprise-wide AI adoption across 2,000+ developers. I'm the sole inventor of three patents, including a 5-agent Agentic AI system (patent pending). I built Crush Interviews because brilliant leaders shouldn't lose roles to interview rust.
