Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Lubomir, the founder of Crowforge. Crowforge started from a very practical problem inside our small game/VFX studio: the workflow was fragmented across chat tools, documents, spreadsheets, prompts, local models, and project notes. We wanted one focused workspace where AI feels like part of the production process, not a separate tab. The first version was just a simple local AI chat. Over time it evolved into a desktop workspace with chat, documents, sheets, and tools designed for small creative and technical teams who want more control over their workflow. Our goal with Crowforge is not to replace big cloud tools, but to give indie teams, studios, and power users a more private, flexible, production-friendly AI workspace. We’re launching early and would love feedback from makers, game devs, designers, VFX artists, and anyone building with AI in their daily workflow. What would you expect from a local-first AI workspace?

CrowForge started as an internal tool for our own game studio. Chat was in one place, documents somewhere else, spreadsheets in another tool, prompts were copied manually, and local models were not easy to use in a real production workflow.

I m curious: what would you want most from a local-first AI workspace? Privacy, local models, better documents, team workflows, prompt management, or something else?

everything in one place (1)

Solid all-in-one workspace - chat, docs, sheets, canvas and project management in one app. Runs locally or on a server, so the whole team can use it without five separate subscriptions. Perfect fit for indie studios that don't have budget for a huge software stack. Built by a Slovak game studio, so it's clearly made for real production work.

What needs improvement

lack of tutorials (1)

It's brand new, so docs and tutorials are still thin. Could use a mobile or web view for team members who aren't on desktop.

Tried Notion + ChatGPT + Trello before. Constant tool-switching kept breaking context, and I wasn't thrilled about sending files to the cloud either. CrowForge being local and everything-in-one was the deciding factor.
