Job hunting means juggling dozens of listings, custom resumes, referral asks, recruiter calls, and applications spread across a dozen sites. It's easy to lose track of where you applied, which resume you sent, who you talked to, or when you're supposed to follow up.
That's why I built CronCareers.
Here's what's in it:
📌 Kanban tracker:
🔗 Paste to track: Paste a job link or drag it in and it becomes a card on a kanban board, the same drag-and-drop flow as Jira, Trello, or Linear if you've used any of those at work.
🧭 Full pipeline: Your pipeline runs Saved → Applied → Screening → Interviewing → Offer → Hired (or Rejected/Closed).
🔄 Cards that adapt: Each card adapts to where it sits: interview round once you're in Interviewing, offer details once you hit Offer, and so on.
📝 Application details: Log the resume you sent, salary range, recruiter contact info, and your next follow-up date.
✅ Custom checklist: Build your own checklist per application (tailor resume, write a cover note, ask for a referral, or whatever steps actually matter for that role).
🏷️ Labels: Tag applications as Important, Urgent, Good fit, Referral, Dream job, On hold, or your own custom labels, so you can scan the board and know what needs attention without opening a single card.
🔍 Company quick-check: From any card, jump straight to that company's Glassdoor reviews, Levels.fyi salary data, recruiters on LinkedIn, and recent news, without leaving the tracker to go hunting across five tabs.
🤝 Offer comparison: Once you've got more than one offer, there's a comparison table: base, bonus, equity per year, total comp, decision deadline. Side by side instead of scattered across emails.
📊 Insights: See which job sources, resumes, and work modes are actually getting you replies.
📤 Import/export: Already tracking applications elsewhere? Import your list as CSV or JSON, or export yours anytime.
