Have been using Crisp for years now since Intercom went full “big tech” and priced out half of their users. Really admire what these guys have done, and what they’re doing. The pricing makes complete sense and the product is excellent.
Crisp is already my go-to customer support platform. But I don't understand why some people still aren't using it. It keeps getting better and better!

A great product, nicely polished and works very well. The best Slack-integrated chat app that we have found.
Excellent in many things... but lacks in basic things... The bot is the thing I wanted to use more, but... I already went to another solution in WhatsApp. Bot just waits for a reply for 20 minutes. Bot has a maximum of 200kb to store ALL THE SCENARIOS. Bot waits for a response, if users sends something that doesn't match it, it doesn't listen anymore and don't even has the hability to say something when the answer doesn't match... It's a shame, so much potential.
If you need live chat, Crisp is the most powerful, user-friendly, and affordable software I've used. Honestly, I recommend it every day.
The game while waiting for a response is brilliant, but that isn't even the best part, I love the free version. I have a small start up and that version will do wonders. It's a brilliant way to get yourself out there, plus the chat experience is nice.
