Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Thomas, the maker of Creative Studio MCP. I built this after noticing how much time creative work loses to admin. Every new client meant digging through old quotes, rewriting emails, updating checklists, and calculating payment schedules all over again. I wanted one place where I could enter a few project details and have all of that ready in seconds while keeping everything stored locally. Keeping everything local is a real plus for me since I handle sensitive client info. One thing that would make this even better is a built-in template library where I can save a quote or email draft I liked and reuse it for similar future projects, instead of rebuilding the same structure from scratch each time.

Honestly this looks super useful for solo creatives, the local data thing is a big plus. One thing though, would be cool if you could add a simple template library so you can save recurring project structures and just tweak them per client. Right now it sounds like you start from scratch every time which kind of defeats the "minutes" angle.

Thanks for the thoughtful feedback! I’ve now added a local template library to Creative Studio MCP. You can save and reuse recurring project structures, including quotes, email drafts, checklists, deliverables, services, fees, and payment settings for future clients. Everything remains stored locally, so you no longer need to start each project from scratch.
