So this one runs entirely in your browser. The Canvas API does the conversion on your own device — you can load a page, switch off Wi-Fi, and it still works. Nothing is sent anywhere because there's nowhere to send it. Two honest gaps: HEIC input isn't possible (no browser can decode it) and GIF/AVIF output needs a heavier encoder than I want to ship today. Both are on the list.
