It currently captures supported VS Code, Chrome, and development-service state, closes only what it can safely verify, then reconstructs and checks what actually returned. It’s designed to expand to more apps over time, while staying local-first and privacy-conscious with safe closure, cold-start recovery, service restart verification, and ambiguous-state handling as support grows.
