ConsentOS: 30 days to operational DPDP Act 2023 compliance

I built ConsentOS after watching Indian businesses treat the DPDP Act as a policy document rather than an engineering problem. The thing that kept coming up in BFSI conversations: RBI and PMLA require you to retain KYC records for years. The DPDP Act gives data principals a right to erasure. Both are law. Most compliance tools pick one and ignore the other. ConsentOS meets that head on with the Legal Obligation Override. Statutorily retained data is flagged and documented against consent-based data, and every refused erasure request produces a signed denial register entry. That register is the artefact a supervisor actually asks for. Substantive DPDP Rules obligations are enforceable from 13 May 2027, and Consent Manager registration becomes mandatory on 13 November 2026 under Rule 4.
