In the past, when dealing with clients and contracts, I often had to request information, fill out a PDF, send out a DocuSign, wait for everyone to sign, download it, upload it back to Google Drive, and finally update “contract signed” in our CRM. This is manual, tedious, error-prone, and only gets worse as companies get larger.
