Compass started as a printed sheet on our fridge: a weekly list of the things that actually mattered in our house, with points toward something my son really wanted. Within a few weeks both my kids were checking their own boxes before I asked, arguing about whether Tuesday counted, and watching the jar fill up. Less nagging, more “look what I did.” Hi, I'm Vanessa, I built the app so the kids could have an interactive experience with their reward for good behavior, grades, chores... A few choices I’d defend: • Deductions exist. A family agreement has both sides, and kids respect it more when it does. • Kids too young for a phone can look at their progress on parent's phones • Kids don't need email nor an account. A code links their phone to the card you made. • One price covers the whole family, with 14 days free. I built it with Claude.
