Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Sviatoslav, the solo founder of Cohra. The idea came from long FaceTime conversations with my brother, who lives overseas. We'd spend hours discussing technology, science, business, and random questions, and often found ourselves separately opening ChatGPT on our own devices, reading different answers, and then trying to bring those answers back into the conversation. At some point we realized it would be far more natural if the AI could simply join the conversation itself. Instead of everyone leaving the discussion to chat with AI individually, the group could ask a question together and hear the same answer at the same time. That observation became Cohra. I wanted to build AI for real conversations between people, not another one-person chat interface. Cohra lets up to five people join the same voice room and invite a shared AI into the discussion. Anyone can ask a question, and everyone hears the same answer at the same time. I built the entire product myself over roughly two months, including the iOS app, real-time infrastructure, AI integration, website, and design.
