@rrhoover great question! Besides having really close relations with the supplier, Jittery John's, we encourage subscriptions, which ups our ABV. When our super duper friendly couriers stay busy enough each hour, margins also increase.

@jmrushworth I just followed you guys on Twitter :D and would love to have my first cold brew coffee experience with you! The processes sound very interesting. I'm really excited to see the difference, I've never thought to use spices/wood as part of the filtering process. On a side note, I was literally walking to work wishing I didn't have to go to Starbucks this morning, like every morning (it's the only "cafe" in my area). All the best guys and best of luck! This is definitely how we should be doing things now...if it's an everyday thing, why not subscribe to it?

I've used Coffee Rush and it was awesome! I ordered a huge growler (not offered anymore though, I think), and it arrived in 15 minutes. Delicious coffee that made me very popular among my colleagues that day :)
