I kept leaving a coding session to find out which AI limit would reset when. Codex Pulse puts separate Codex and optional Claude Web windows, reset times, and pace signals in a native macOS surface. It is a public, unsigned preview for macOS 13+ today: the source is open, the app stays local-first, and the install notes are explicit about what is and is not automatic. I'd love feedback on the dashboard, widget, and which quota signal is most useful in your flow.
