Clue Cap: A New Kind of Key Mod

Hello All! Living alone, I found that one has to go out of the home for many different errands. Personally, I was going out at least 3 times a day. Work, Grocery Store, ect. I noticed that at least a few times a week I would leave my keys outside the door. Even sometimes overnight. I tried remembering every night before I went to bed to make sure my keys were inside with me. But still as time passed I started forgetting them outside again. I thought of a few ways technology could help me. I tried different things with magnets. I also built a little PCB board with a transistor/receiver and made a keychain. While these innovations worked, they were very inconsistent. The most simple and effective solution I came up with was the Clue Cap. After several different prototypes. We now finally have one 🙂
