VOID - we made a change to this tool today. No warning about when port would happen, phones cut off suddenly. The group call flow we built with onboarding has a 'technical failure' that they need to investigate - no ETA, no rush to get us back online. Im losing quite a bit of money because of this and they dont seem to care to be honest. We used their AI and even Claude to deep dive to investiagte, everything is set up correctly and to their documentation.
Unless they can figure out a solution, I will be figuring out how to get out of this nightmare - but you've been warned. My inbound sales pipeline has now been offline for over 4 hours, no update from support.
