About the most painful thing, there were quite a lot - finding a logical way to display all the data in a friendly and intuitive way, optimizing the render process so that it doesn't block the whole server. Also, the beat detection algorithm was quite complicated and it's still giving me some headaches because it depends a lot on the song and it's not always 100% accurate, so I have to keep working to improve that!

Our marketing team pays lots of money to external marketing agencies to produce these kind of things.
Only input: can you add a non-volume based pricing? I find paying for every render a bit "harsh" - what if I do a mistake and want to rerender?

As it's the kind of product that you don't usually use every day, and as a person that hates paying for things that I use just once in a while, I thought that paying per use is the best approach here. But a subscription model is definitely coming soon too for people that would need to use this more frequently!
About making a mistake, before rendering there is a confirmation so it wouldn't just go ahead and start rendering. You'd have to make a mistake twice.
But I completely agree with everything you said and I'll keep working to improve this and make it a pleasant experience for everyone!

I never ever considered doing a promo video because it seems so out of my skills, but after testing your tool for 5 minutes I'm like: I think I should be able to do that!
