Hi Product Hunt! I’m a developer. A small agency I work with was spending hours on weekly client updates and answering “where are we on this?” all day, and they didn’t want clients inside their Trello board. So I built ClientReportly.
You connect a Trello, Asana or Notion board, and your client gets one link (optional PIN, your logo and domain) where they see progress, approve work, request changes (with a revision limit you set) and download files. Reports go out as branded PDFs on a schedule. You decide what clients see, and card titles stay hidden unless you turn them on.

What it doesn’t do yet: other tools like ClickUp or Monday.
