Cleonhill started as a way to build a WhatsApp bot you could actually try before customers did,describe it in plain language and it appears on a phone simulator you can talk to. Change your mind, say so, watch it change.But what people kept asking for wasn't a smarter chatbot. It was for the work itself to be done. "Pull last month's invoices from the portal and total them by client."
So the agent got its own computer.You give it a task and it goes and does it. You can watch its screen while it works, or close the tab and get an email when it's finished, with the files it produced and a recording of everything it did.
An agent you can't see is an agent you can't check, and "trust me, I did it" isn't good enough when the output is a spreadsheet someone's about to invoice from.
Three things I'd genuinely like to hear:
1. The first task you gave it and whether it actually finished it.
2. Whether watching the screen is useful, or you'd rather just get the email.
3. What you tried to build that it couldn't do.
