A fun twist on chores for sure, love the playful angle with Spray-kun. One thing that would make it stick for our family is a simple leaderboard or streak tracker so the kids can see their progress and compete a little with each other. Right now I'm not sure if the app shows totals over time or just resets after each session. A visible history would also help us avoid the "did I already do that today" arguments.
Tried this with my 8 year old and the spray-kun mascot actually got her hyped to wipe down the kitchen counters. The screen time conversion feels a bit steep but it's nice having a system instead of constant negotiations.
Would love a weekly streak tracker or some kind of progress dashboard so kids can see how their screen time earnings trend over time. A little visual reward for consistent cleaning would probably motivate mine way more than just the minutes stacking up. Could even tie it to Spray-kun's reactions so the coach celebrates milestones.
Have you thought about letting siblings collaborate on chores together to earn shared bonus screen time? My two would probably argue less if they had a team mode, and it could teach them about splitting responsibility fairly.
