Clayem is an AI platform that analyzes insurance claims for policyholders and the public adjusting firms that help them. Its AI examines your policy, photos, and letters. It highlights deadlines that could close a claim without notice and suggests your next steps, providing a source for each finding. This helps homeowners and commercial policyholders understand their claims while also allowing public adjusters to handle more cases with the same level of care.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Brian, the founder of Clayem.
Not long ago, a claim of mine was denied, and I believe it should have been paid. I hired a public adjuster to help. While they clearly knew their stuff, I was surprised by how few tools were available to policyholders. You're up against the insurance company's adjusters and experts, yet you have almost no support to challenge a low offer or a denial.
That made me think: what if an AI could read the policy, the photos, and the letters for the policyholder, the same way the insurer's systems already do, and follow the deadlines and rules that decide a claim?
That's Clayem. Its AI reads your policy and explains what's actually covered, with the exact page each answer comes from. It flags the deadlines that can quietly end a claim, and it shows your next move, so you understand your own claim as well as the people on the other side do. It works for residential and commercial policyholders, and public adjusting firms use it on their cases too. If your claim needs a professional, everything is organized so a licensed public adjuster can pick it up.
There's no card up front. The first week is free, and if you want to keep going it's a flat $149 for the whole case, never a percentage of your settlement.
The goal is simple: give every policyholder the same advantage the insurance company already has.
I'd love your feedback, especially from anyone who's dealt with a frustrating claim. What would have made the difference for you?
We're based in Maryland and rolling out now.
