What would you say is the main reason to use Clay over Excalidraw ?

@david_morais@aminspeaks Excalidraw is free with collaboration, so that's wrong, but yes Excalidraw has a paid version with some additional features.
Excalidraw is also open source, e2ee and doesn't require signup.
Meanwhile Clay doesn't seem to be open source, also lacks a privacy policy and requires signup.
