I use Claude Skills a lot and have built up my own collection by installing, testing, and refining different skills over time. They’ve become a core part of how I work. But I quickly ran into a problem: I use multiple computers — home, office, different environments — and my skills were never in sync. Every time I switched machines, I had to: • Remember which skills I had installed • Dig through deep folders to find them • Reinstall everything manually • And when helping friends or teammates, explain which skills to download from long, confusing lists It felt silly that something so powerful was so hard to manage. So one night, I decided to build a small tool just for myself. In a few hours of web coding, Claude Skills Sync was born — a simple way to: • Bundle your Claude Skills into reusable packs • Sync your personal skill collection • Share your exact setup with others via a single link Instead of saying “go download these 10 skills”, I can now just say: “Here’s my skill pack.” Right now, the product is web-based and focused on organizing and sharing skills. I’m actively working on a client-side sync tool that will automatically detect and sync your local skill folders across devices.
