After signing my kids up for so many art classes that had really bad registration software, and then talking to some of those businesses to hear how much time and effort they put into managing class lists and refunds and all of the operations when using basic e-commerce software to sell their classes, I decided there had to be a better solution.
Obviously other solutions already exist, but many of them charge up to 4-6% of transaction fees (not even including credit card fees!) this gets to be a lot for small businesses and much too expensive for non-profits who need to watch their margins and pay staff. So we decided on a more predictable subscription cost.
ClassDuo drastically simplifies how arts programs and nonprofits can sell and collect registrations for their in-person offerings. Plus it keeps class lists organized, manages waitlists when classes fill up, and allows for waivers, attendance and much more!
