My working hours vary every week, but I try to keep my sleep schedule consistent and wake up at 9 a.m. Of course, on days when I have a heavy workload, my sleep can shift to later in the morning. Adjusting back to that schedule may sound easy, but eating before going to sleep can negatively affect my rest. That, in turn, impacts when I fall asleep and how I eat throughout the day.
I love Cliaro because every day I receive personalized notifications that tell me when to stop drinking coffee or stop eating, which helps me better adjust to my sleep schedule. My calendar is also synced with the app, so if I have early-morning meetings, it automatically starts adjusting me a few days in advance. Because of that, waking up early is no longer as difficult as it used to be.
