Chronos is AI medical chronology software for personal-injury and med-mal law firms. Upload medical records—thousands of pages, multiple providers—and Chronos auto-builds a chronological timeline and an attorney-ready summary the same day. Every entry traces back to the source record, so you stay in control of accuracy. HIPAA-compliant. Built for paralegals and attorneys who'd rather spend their hours on case strategy than on page-by-page review.
Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Colter, founder of Chronos (Mahlum Innovations).
I built Chronos after watching how much time personal-injury and medical-malpractice teams lose to one task: turning a stack of medical records into a usable chronology. A single case can run thousands of pages across half a dozen providers, and assembling that timeline by hand can eat days of paralegal and attorney time.
Chronos automates the assembly: upload the records, get a chronological timeline plus an attorney-ready summary, with every entry traceable back to the source page so your team stays in control of accuracy. It's HIPAA-compliant and built specifically for PI and med-mal work—not a generic doc tool.
We're early, and I'd genuinely love feedback from anyone who's done this work: paralegals, PI attorneys, legal-ops folks. What would make a chronology tool actually fit your workflow? Happy to answer anything in the comments. (Please don't upvote on my account—just take a look and tell me what you think.)

Love that every entry links back to the source record, that's a huge trust factor. One thing that would save my team even more time: let us export the timeline as a filtered PDF or Excel with just the entries we select, instead of the whole document. Being able to hand opposing counsel or a witness a 3-page custom excerpt rather than the full stack would be a game changer.

A chronological summary is great, but adding a built-in export to common demand letter or complaint templates would save even more time for paralegals drafting those first filings.
