Achieving your fitness goals doesn't always boil down to going to the gym consistently. You are what you eat. I found that Nigerians do not find it very easy to track calories in our local everyday meals and hit their fitness goals. This inspired me to build ChowBuddy, the app for Nigerians to plan their meals, monitor calories and achieve their fitness goals
