Chorey is a chore and allowance app for kids. Parents approve chores, rewards split into spend/save/give, and families track allowance in a virtual ledger.

Hey Luka,
Congratulations on the release!
Really interesting concept, and as a parent of two kids, I will definitely give it a go.
I think you really nailed the topic with this. Today's kids should learn the value of hard work.
Can I share the account with my spouse so we can both add chores and track what is happening?
@jopetric Yes you can ! Its a great way to see what chores are being done and track progress together.
Love how the spend/save/give split teaches kids real money habits early. One thing I'd want as a parent is a weekly summary notification showing what chores got completed and how the allowance got divided, so we can chat about it at dinner without opening the app.
@trkan2055912 Thanks so much for your reply! I really REALLY like this! Im going to go and see about the implementation! Will revert back here and let you know !
Honestly the split into spend, save, and give is a nice touch, feels like it actually teaches kids something instead of just handing out points. Wish my parents had something like this back in the day.
@sezer1bgj Same here it can teach really cool money principles ! Thanks for the comment!
Love the spend/save/give split, such a clever way to teach kids about money. One thing I think would help though is adding a simple calendar view for upcoming chores, right now it's hard to see what's due this week without scrolling. Maybe even let kids mark a chore as in progress so parents can tell what's being worked on vs what's just assigned.
finally an app that makes my kids actually excited about splitting their allowance into spend, save, and give. love how the parent approval step keeps things fair
@mtepki52730 Thank you so much for this comment reach out on X and lemme know what you think!
the split between spend, save, and give right inside the ledger is a really thoughtful touch, makes the values part of the routine instead of an afterthought
