@arthurbostic Great question, thank you so much! When a user submits a question through our AskMONA tool, a member of our team replies with a personalized answer. As part of the coaching program, users also receive daily text prompts that are designed to help build one of four metacognitive measures (focus, curiosity, drive and resilience). These prompts are validated through our scientific research to improve each measure.
