Chirp is different from other mental health tools because it’s not trying to diagnose you or act like a therapist. Instead, it offers practical, evidence-based skills you can use in everyday life, especially the moments that feel overwhelming.
Meant for users age 13 and above, it’s built on DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), but designed for anyone, not just those in therapy. Whether you’re 16 or 60, Chirp gives you a way to practice emotion regulation, mindfulness, and communication skills in real time. And unlike many mental health apps, we don’t track or store sensitive data. You can show up, get support, and walk away a little stronger, no strings attached.
We built Chirp because we believe everyone deserves tools for emotional growth, not just access to crisis support. We’re excited to hear your thoughts, answer questions, and learn from your feedback.
