Bright, cool screens in the evening can be uncomfortable and may affect your sleep, while macOS gives limited control over how warmth and dimming change over time. ChillScreen adjusts both gradually, can learn from your corrections, lets you pause or exclude apps when accurate colours matter, and gives you much deeper control over how it behaves.

Hey!
I'd like to show you an app that gives you the ability to adjust the warmth and dimming of your display and have a visual understanding of how your screen settings relate to your circadian rhythms.
You can use automatic mode, which is based on averages from multiple studies on that topic and lets you adjust that behaviour through the Learning feature. You can also use purely manual mode and preview your settings during adjustment, or even go deeper into Advanced settings and adjust much more of how ChillScreen behaves.
It started as a small thing for myself, but has grown into something I thought could be useful for others. It now has more features such as App Exclusions, LUT ownership, Siri and AI agent support, the option to disable temporal dithering and many of these came from the feedback I received.
I don't think I can get rich from selling it, but at least it could support me and my interest in that topic.
Price: €9.99 with a 14-day trial period
I'm also running a launch offer with 50% off for the first 100 licenses.
I am open to your feedback, both positive and critical. Without that, it’s hard to know what to improve :)
