But curious to know how Chatscout fits into the E-commerce Sales funnel and how it fares against other product recommendation solutions. Planning to recommend the Chatscout to a bunch of E-com founders, that's why! :)

Recommendations etc will also be built within the same solution to ensure we give a great experience for the end users.

Congratulations on the launch of Chatscout! It sounds like a great tool for improving the online shopping experience. I'm curious to know more about the neural search engine you mentioned. How does it work?

hey @cata , Glad you asked. The neural search is our own in house engine that comes pre trained for all verticals and gets tuned based on the catalog uploaded. It can understand context, search with incomplete queries and ensure the right products are surfaced. We've built layers between our search and openAi to ensure the models can communicate in a efficient manner and deliver a fresh experience for shopping.
