@anderson760 Great question, and something we need to highlight more on our website, but on our features page we talk about it. "You and your teammates can either respond to your customers using their handle in the incoming chat room or "take" them to separate channel where any of your operators can join in a direct conversation where no handle prefix is required." So we offer both options, reply directly from main room with handle or start direct conversation with "take". The new take functionality is working so well, that might become the default, but configurable. And trust me, the last day we have had quite some experience handling multiple chats at once ;)
