I have built Chatisto to solve a very practical problem I have faced.
As a solo founder, I have found spending too much of our day answering the same customer questions over and over.
My solution is a customer support platform that uses AI to handle these repetitive queries. The goal is to let the bot answer the easy questions, so I can focus on the more complex issues where a human is truly needed.
The main feature is straightforward: you provide your website URL, and the chatbot learns from your content. It can then answer many common questions automatically, without you needing to manually write scripts for every possibility.
Of course, for more control, there is also a scenario editor and a shared inbox for your team to handle chats directly when needed.

We were using Chatbase before. But their pricing model is pretty confusing and they suddenly changed their pricing as well. Another problem we had was the training part. It took time to update the content docs. How does that work with Chatisto? Congrats though @samovrablik Love this.
