Reviewers mostly see AI Toolbox as a practical extension for people juggling multiple AI chats. They repeatedly praise cross-platform search, folders, bookmarks, prompt storage, and exports, saying it helps recover old conversations, carry work into new chats when context fills up, and keep workflows organized across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Grok. Users also note frequent feature updates and responsive development. Criticism is narrower: some want smoother account relinking for Gemini, one user finds the interface overlap across AI sites awkward, and another says the free tier pushes too hard toward paid use.

@adi_leviim How many hours could this save if we use multiple AI tools every day ?
AI Toolbox
@dipanshu_kushwaha5 Honest answer: it depends on how much you have piled up, so let me give you the arithmetic instead of a number I would like to be true.
When you run several AI tools daily, the time goes in three places:
Finding something you know you wrote. One search box across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok, instead of opening four tabs and scrolling each one. If you go hunting four or five times a day and each hunt costs two or three minutes, that alone is 10 to 15 minutes a day.
Re-explaining yourself when a task moves from one model to another. AI Toolbox summarizes the chat you are in and drops it into the other tool's composer, so you stop hand pasting the last ten messages to get the new model up to speed.
Retyping. Saved prompts with variables, folders so a project's chats stay together, and bulk export when you need the work out of the browser.
For most people running two or more tools every day that adds up to an hour or two a week, not a whole day. I would rather understate it than sell you a headline number. The part that is harder to measure is not losing the thread of something you worked on three weeks ago.
Tell me which tools you use daily and how many chats you are sitting on, and I can be more specific than that.
@adi_leviim i am using around 5 AI tools and i have around 150 plus chats on which i am sitting. how much can your AI tool Box can be helpful to me?
AI Toolbox
@janet_gardon so much, we have over 30 features that can help you, check our features page - https://ai-toolbox.co/features
AI Toolbox
@dipanshu_kushwaha5 it depends on how much you use LLMs daily, for a superpower user it can save a lot of time
@adi_leviim auto-tagging by topic is a nice touch, I have hundreds of chats and manually sorting them sounded like a nightmare. congrats for launch..
AI Toolbox
@priya_kushwaha1 Yeah smart tags is an amazing feature, and thank you!
@adi_leviim Absolutely..
@adi_leviim Prompt library is such smart addition and being able to save the prompts that i actually use and pull them up with // is ridiculously convenient
Cool product Good luck
AI Toolbox
@jonathan_kent3 Thank you, yes the double slash is very convenient and a lot of users really like it
@adi_leviim Cross-platform folder with nested organization are a lifeguard, the cross-platform search is probably the features i'd use first.
Adi, how well does the search work with really large chat histury?
Congratulation on the launch!
AI Toolbox
@vipul_kumar1280 Thank you for your support :)
Your chats are cached locally in your browser and the search runs over that cache on your own machine, so it depends on your laptop rather than on our infrastructure or your connection. Cross-platform search keeps one local index inside the extension's own storage, because browsers keep each site's data separate and a script running on ChatGPT cannot read Claude's data directly.
Regarding large histories:
The search scans your cached chats, so the time grows gradually with the size of your history instead of falling off at some threshold. On the largest histories I have seen from users, several thousand conversations with full message text, it still returns while you type a keyword. There are filters that help: exact phrase, include and exclude terms, titles only, date ranges, and results grouped per platform.
The part that may take time is the first sync, when the extension pulls your history into the local cache.
That happens once, it resumes where it left off if you close the tab, and it slows itself down when ChatGPT rate limits it. On a few thousand chats it takes seconds.

@charan_t_m Thank you!
If you work inside most any AI platform there is a Personalization section go there and tell your version of their AI how you want it to responed back in you want sassy, or Hard core Engineer of this or these fields and never Hallucinate double and even sometimes Triplecheck your work before dishing it up for me to digest. It's all about how Tell it to treat you & what you Expect from it ....if you just signed up and dove in then Losing your work is envidible mine are usually named on the first topic unless I manually change mine with the rename feature that both Claude & OpenAI have them usually those 3 dots or a right clickon the title in the chat libaray bar.
Now if your's does all this and retreives full transcripts can it translate a massive Json Packet back into full conversations?
And You Don't Copy &/or Use our Data to Train your AI or allow 3rd or even 4th Parties to view it?
Because, I've already had that issue with 1 AI Provider & I'm not in the mood to make others Wealth again while, I get Screwed !!
AI Toolbox
@tallan_acalin good questions, regarding privacy, all conversation data is stored locally on your browser, we dont use it or sell it, you are the only one with the access to your conversations.
The exported JSON files can be given back to the AI whenever needed.

Congrats on the launch, Adi!
I like the Folders feature, surprised this isn’t built into the AI platforms already.
AI Toolbox
@power_valsha Yeah that is a strong feature we have, it also supports nested subfolders, and in ChatGPT you can also add your projects inside, glad you like it :)
I've been using the tool with Claude for about a month. The export chat to JSON has been very helpful for reviewing outstanding issues in long-running chats. Search is sometimes flaky -- doesn't find known values in chats. Context meter is a "guess" at best. Overall highly recommend.
AI Toolbox
@ipahophead thank you for this comment, regarding all issues that you experience, could you please send us an email so we can inspect those? support@infi-dev.com
Honestly this seems like one of those tools you don’t know you needd until you find yourself juggling multiple AI tools everyday . I was really impressed by the folders and the ability to search across different AI platforms. Keeping every thing organized in one spot instead of sifting through old chats sounds like a massivee time saver. Plus the local first approach is a great feature! Congrats on the launch!
AI Toolbox
@jacob_hernandez4 so glad you enjoy it, thanks!
@jacob_hernandez4 @adi_leviim congrats on the launch its a great product best of luck to you and your team.
AI Toolbox
@jacob_hernandez4 @liam_ward2 Thank you so much, appreciate that!
Love it that you can search across all my ai tools. I use Claude, Gemini and Chatgpt. This tools let me search across all three. And I can even continue my chat in another platform. For example I start a chat in Claude. Then I want to continue it in Chatgpt. Then I press just one button and it summarizes my chat and carries is into a new chat in Chatgpt. Lovely.
AI Toolbox
@asing_ku This is one of our strongest features, and we are gonna add more cross platforms features
Been using this tool for the past year, one of the best additions to my workflow, I can never go back to working without it 😅
AI Toolbox
@modi_esawi Thank you so much, I really appreciate that
