I've been using AI Toolbox for about 3 months now and it's honestly become part of my daily workflow. The unified folders and full-text search across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok alone are worth the price — I no longer lose track of important conversations buried months back. Smart Tags and Bookmarks make it easy to jump straight to the exact reply I need instead of scrolling endlessly. The prompt library saves me real time since I reuse the same prompts across all four platforms without rewriting them. Bulk export feature has made backing up my client and project chats painless. For the price, this easily replaces what would otherwise be a monthly subscription costs — highly recommend for anyone juggling multiple AI tools daily.

What needs improvement

Auto-switch linked account when I change my Gemini Pro subscription.

I have 2 Gemini Pro accounts, and right now if I remove one that's already linked to AI Toolbox, I have to manually reconnect a new account later. A common scenario for me: my Gemini Pro subscription on one email expired, I activated Gemini Pro on a different email, and I'd like AI Toolbox to automatically pick up that new account instead of me having to go in and re-link it manually.

It would help a lot if AI Toolbox could detect when a linked account's subscription has expired and automatically switch to whichever email currently has an active Gemini Pro subscription — without needing manual reconfiguration each time.

Really helpful, especially when you have so many AI chats and can never find the one you need 😅 The search and organization features make a big difference. Great product!

What's great

I really love this AI toolbox extension. It started out as exclusive to ChatGPT, but then it expanded further to Google Gemini AI, Anthropic AI, and now Grok AI. What I like about the AI toolbox is that it keeps adding useful features. That is one of the main reasons I keep using the web interface of ChatGPT and other AIs instead of the dedicated desktop apps. I like the cool feature of having all your stored workflows and prompts and using them across all the AI models. I can tell the team listens to customers and keeps adding useful features. Good job, and continue the great work.

What needs improvement

So far, so good. I don't have any complaints.

What's great

It's a great extension tool to have. It's very helpful when transitioning to a new chat, especially when your conversation context is full, so you can continue everything you were doing in the new chat. It works across a multitude of AI service providers, which is great, so you can take everything with you between different AIs. Its search and organizing features are hard to live without. It's especially helpful for putting custom GPTs other people made into a folder so you can keep them all saved and organized, since ChatGPT doesn't have a bookmarking feature. I've enjoyed my experience and use of AI Toolbox. The founders are really passionate and invested in making this the best tool in its category.

What needs improvement

The UI crossover to other AIs.

I don't know of any other alternatives. But I know AI Toolbox stays on top of having the latest features.

This is more like a clickbait to a paid-subscription (@ $9 a month). The free tier is microscopic. The app is rounded, and well developed, but the funnel (the conversion to paid) is too steep and narrow

Our aim is for it to be genuinely useful on its own, search, folders, bookmarks and single-chat export with no time limit, not just a teaser, so if it reads as microscopic that is a signal we should weigh. It has tens of very useful features, just the folder feature is enough for me to recommend it. The search (the right to left and left to right) and download as MP3 are game changers.
