We’re sharing an early preview today as part of The Pitch Dubai competition!

The Problem: Africa has a $120B informal retail sector, but traditional e-commerce platforms are too heavy and complex for $50 smartphones. Real commerce here happens on WhatsApp.

The Solution: ChatCash is an AI Operating System for social commerce. Using natural language, a merchant can instantly generate a fully functional storefront, track inventory, and process local mobile payments—entirely within WhatsApp. No code, no friction.

We are currently live with paying merchants in Zimbabwe and actively expanding into Rwanda, Nigeria, and South Africa.

Africa's informal sector is all about trust. Does ChatCash include any verified merchant badges or escrow features within the chat to help first-time buyers feel safe sending mobile money?

@vikramp7470 Thanks for that Vikram, we've a tool for customer review and share the rating and reviews publicly for each merchant, more as a safety highlight for first time customers.

Social commerce is explosive right now. Does Chat Cash handle the actual payment processing within the chat, or does it hand off to a web checkout?
