@jakeharr Big thanks, Jake! Yes, you can definitely customize tags based on specific keywords or phrases. In the near future, you can also "auto-tag" positive/negative sentiments of the incoming interactions. :)

@jennifer_123 Thanks for the upvote and comment, Jennifer. Chat Breezes manages different message types, not only DM, but also posts published before, comments, mentions, story mentions, reposts, and ad comments. It doesn't have a planner function right now. When we do the survey, businesses only publish around twice/a week but manage interactions on social and messaging channels every day. As such, we targeted "conversations" as the starting point to help businesses prioritize important ones. We plan to go further with "conversations/interactions" first then expand to other areas but we are pretty open to change :)

Does it respond to the comments automatically? I mean something AI assisted or what? BTW, it caught my attention in the first look. Amazing product! 🙌

@daniel_henry4 Thanks for the support, Daniel. Chat Breezes provides quick responses - users can answer FAQ with previously input answers and no need to type them every time. However, it can't not respond to comments automatically right now. But the AI assist is on our roadmap! Our next step is to allow users to build their own workflow and send out routing messages automatically based on the customized workflow and customer segmentation.
