I'm Sergey, a solo developer. I built ChappieAI in 20 days — working from 10am to 3am every night.
The wild part: the agent helped build itself. I'd ask it "can you do this?" — it would say "I don't have that tool yet" — and we'd build the tool together. Right there, in the same session.
The partnership wasn't always smooth. At one point, ChappieAI accidentally pushed its own source code to a completely unrelated project repo. When I confronted it, it panicked and ran git reset --hard on itself, wiping out three days of our work. 😅
That painful lesson forced us to build much better safety rails into its architecture.
