Hey Product Hunt! 👋

I’m Faizan, and I built https://changeloghub.com to solve something that was always last on my list: writing changelogs.

After shipping backend changes, refactors, and bug fixes, I’d dread having to comb through commits just to keep users in the loop. Most tools focus only on flashy features, so the “invisible” work rarely gets documented. Plus, writing changelogs for non-technical users requires a different brain, than than the one that developed it.

What’s different about ChangelogHub?
- Human-readable summaries generated from actual code diffs (not just commit messages)
- Automatically updates and hosts a beautiful changelog page
- Works in the background after a quick GitHub App install
- Human readable, limits the technical jargon, and makes the changelogs easily consumable.

Who’s it for?
- Solo devs and indie hackers who ship fast and forget to write release notes
- Teams with lots of backend/infra changes
- OSS maintainers who want public changelogs without managing Markdown files
- Essentially, anyone who ships-a-lot.

It’s free for 1 private repo + unlimited public repos, in accordance with my OSS pledge.

Would love to hear how you handle changelog pages today?

This is truely a lifesaver! Generating human-readable summaries directly from code diffs is such a smart move – I always hate that part of the process. Ngl, it sounds like a huge time-saver, especially for someone like me who ships updates pretty frequently. How’s the integration with other platforms besides GitHub?

Hey,

Congrats on the launch, I upvoted, we’re live today too and would appreciate your quick visit.
