ChangelogForge watches your GitHub webhooks, classifies commits into Features/Fixes/Chores/Breaking Changes and drafts release notes you approve and publish as a GitHub Release. Open beta. Free, Pro $19, Team $49, Business $149-299.
Hi PH! We built ChangelogForge because changelogs are usually last-minute copy-paste. The product watches your GitHub webhooks, classifies commits/PRs into Features, Fixes, Chores and Breaking Changes, and drafts English notes you can approve and publish as a GitHub Release.
Every classification carries a visible reason (we call it WhyPanel), and if our model can't classify, we fall back to deterministic rules and say so — no fake confidence. It's open beta; onboarding testing measured the first draft in ~12 seconds. Plans: Free $0, Pro $19, Team $49, Business $149-299, billed via Stripe.
We would love feedback from solo devs and release managers on what categories and integrations matter most.
