Chargeback response time is genuinely one of the most underrated operational risks for merchants — especially D2C brands where dispute rates spike seasonally. The cryptographic timestamping approach is smart: banks respond to verifiable proof far better than narrative summaries. Performance-based pricing removes the friction of adoption too.
