Caught Scrolling is a free study timer for anyone who keeps reaching for their phone while they're trying to focus.
Put your phone face down and press start. Every time you pick up the phone, it counts as a catch. At the end, you get your phone-free time: your session time minus the time the phone was in your hand.
What it does:
