Catcode

AI tool that augment your paper notes with digital content

A catcode is a hand-drawn code that can be associated with any digital content. Use catcodes to enrich your paper notes with text, links, photos, videos, etc. It works like a QR code. Simply scan a Catcode and see what's attached.

This is super cool but the inclusion of the cat branding makes it even better!
Fabio Carbone

Hi Everyone! 😁 I am very excited at the moment! Catcode is the first app I publish on Product Hunt. I created this product during the pandemic. I use a lot of paper (books, notebooks, notes) and I was looking for a way to link them to digital content. I realized that there is still no way to connect the world of paper and the digital one. I have tried to fill this gap with Catcode. Catcode uses artificial intelligence to recognize hand-drawn codes and associate digital content such as photos and videos with these codes. Catcode is only available for Android, but soon it will be for iOS too. I'm curious to get your feedback!

Looking smart. My only crit would be the need to use an app. Early QR adoption was hindered due to having to use a specific app to scan with, now that has, generally, been removed with the application built-in to the phone camera app itself. Would be good to see this implemented in the future.
Fabio Carbone
@pointandstare Good point. Having a "catcode-like" app integrated in the phone would be amazing. Let's see how this tech will develop in the future.
