I run a web agency and saw the same problem everywhere: ecommerce clients drowning in product descriptions. So I built CataSync. Paste an EAN barcode and get a complete, SEO-optimized product sheet in seconds: title, description, attributes, meta tags, ready to publish. Multi-source data lookup, AI copy, multilingual output. Export to WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Magento. Made in Italy for merchants and agencies tired of doing it by hand. Try 5 free, no credit card.

Have you thought about adding a bulk upload mode where you can drop in a CSV of EANs and get back a full spreadsheet of generated product sheets in one go? That would be a huge time saver for agencies handling catalogs with hundreds or thousands of items. Right now five free lookups is nice, but the real bottleneck is doing this at scale for clients.
Hey @bukete48y Buket, great news: that feature already exists! You can upload a CSV with hundreds of EAN codes, CataSync processes them all, and you get back a ready-to-import file. WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, and generic CSV formats are all supported. Agencies are already using it for exactly this workflow.
For WordPress/WooCommerce agencies, there's also a dedicated plugin that lets you publish generated product sheets directly to the store, no CSV needed.
The 5 free lookups are just to test the output quality, scaling up is a CSV upload away 😄
How big are the catalogs you typically manage? Always optimizing the bulk experience.
honestly this looks super useful for agencies dealing with bulk catalogs. one thing that would save me a ton of time though is a bulk paste option, like dropping a whole list of EANs in at once and getting back a spreadsheet instead of doing them one by one. that would basically make it a no brainer for onboarding new clients with thousands of products
Hey @ayakkab_c11661, thanks! And yes, that's exactly how CataSync works already 😄
You can upload a full list of EAN codes via CSV, CataSync processes them all in bulk, and you get back a ready-to-import spreadsheet. WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, and generic CSV formats supported. No need to do them one by one.
For WordPress/WooCommerce agencies, there's also a plugin that publishes product sheets directly to the store — zero manual work.
So the "no brainer for onboarding new clients" scenario you're describing? That's literally what agencies are using it for right now.
Honestly, I tested it with a random EAN from my warehouse and it pulled up the product details faster than I expected. The SEO title it generated was actually usable right out of the box.
@melihacelercmv That's exactly the goal, output you can use without editing. We put a lot of work into the SEO title generation because that's usually the first thing merchants end up rewriting manually. Glad to hear it worked right away on a real product from your warehouse.
Curious: what kind of products do you sell? We're always refining the AI output across different categories and real-world feedback like yours helps a lot.
The EAN-to-sheet pipeline is genuinely clever, turns a tedious chore into a one-paste job. Love that you thought about exports from the start instead of bolting them on later.
Thanks@selukmfqr! That was a deliberate choice from day one. We built CataSync inside a web agency (DSI Design) where we manage ecommerce stores daily, so exports had to be native and ready to use, not an afterthought.
Which export format are you using most?
