Does the client-facing status page use the firm's own domain and branding, or does it live on a CasePilot subdomain that might feel a bit off-brand for some clients?
@dilaratulumcu Hi Dilara. Yes, the client-facing status page lives on CasePilot's subdomain. But I wouldn't say it feels off at all, since the law firm can assign their name and logo in the application — which is then displayed in the "header" of the client-facing status page (as you can see in the 3rd image). So, the client basically always sees law firm's credentials.
