I’ve known the team behind CareerTwin, and what stands out is that they’re solving a real hiring problem that is getting worse in the AI era.

Today, it’s easier than ever for candidates to polish resumes, profiles, and project descriptions. That creates more noise for recruiters, founders, and hiring managers. CareerTwin’s approach is interesting because it focuses on helping teams judge candidate fit, proof, and interview-worthiness before they spend valuable time in technical rounds.

What I like is that this is not being positioned as just another ATS or sourcing tool. The product is trying to become a hiring intelligence layer, which feels like a meaningful gap in the market.

Definitely worth checking out if you hire for technical roles and care about better signal before interviews.

What needs improvement

The product can improve by making the value even more visible in the first few minutes of use. Clearer onboarding, stronger packet explainability, and tighter recruiter-side workflow guidance would make adoption easier.

As someone building in the AI workflow space, I’ve really enjoyed using CareerTWiN because it solves a very real workflow problem in hiring.

A lot of hiring processes still depend on surface-level inputs like resumes, profile keywords, short recruiter notes, and interview gut feel. But with AI, those surface signals are getting easier to polish, which makes the actual decision workflow harder. What I liked about CareerTWiN is that it does not just add more automation for the sake of it. It helps bring structure to the messy part of screening.
